Blackburn College in Carlinville held their 153rd commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 14. Area graduates follow:
Jocelyn Drummond of Gillespie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology - General Track;
Rayanne Thompson of Gillespie graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education;
Jade Coady of Mt. Olive graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design;
Elizabeth Ivey of Mt. Olive graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology;
Chloee Peterson of New Douglas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology - General Track;
Nicholas Russell of Staunton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
