The wording was a little confusing for the scholarship given by the Oehler family and the American Legion Post 362 during Staunton High School graduation and printed in the May 18 issue of the Star-Times. The funds given for the scholarship are shared by the Oehler family and the Staunton American Legion. The award was given to Savannah Billings during the commencement ceremony on May 13.
