Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. on the day prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center. To register for or cancel meals, call (217) 835-3174. Whole Wheat Bread served daily unless noted (*) and 2% milk served daily. Menu subject to change based on product availability. Make checks payable to IVEDC.

Thursday May 5 - All-Meat Frank on Bun*, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Apricots, Lemon Whip

Friday, May 6 - Baked Ham, Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli, Tropical Fruit, Dessert Bar

Monday, May 9 - Polish Sausage w/Kraut, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Asparagus, Pears, Pudding

Tuesday, May 10 - Chicken and Noodles, Spinach Salad, Oranges, Jello Salad w/Strawberries

Wednesday, May 11 - Unstuffed Green Pepper Casserole with Whole Grain Rice, Garlic Bread*, Hominy, Fruit Crisp


Thursday, May 12 - Beef and Noodles, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, Peaches, Cookies

Friday, May 13 - Grilled Chicken, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Carrots, Apricots, Dessert Bar
