The four soccer seniors, Kate Wineburner, who is the soccer manager, Brooke Kinder, Lily Bruhn and Jackie Vercoglio got together for a photo on senior night.
The Staunton High School Lady Bulldogs hosted the Gillespie Lady Miners on Monday, April 11. Staunton defeated Gillespie 4-0. All four goals came in the second half.
Bulldog goals were by Lily Bruhn, Brooke Kinder, Brianna Feeley and Haris Legendre with assists by Kinder and Legendre.
Valeria Cazares was in goal for the whole game. She saved all 10 Miner shots on goal to secure the shutout win.
On April 14, the Lady Bulldogs lost to Hillsboro 4-8. Staunton scored 1 goal in the first half and 3 in the second. Hillsboro scored 4 in each half for their 8 points.
