School board spotlights student achievement

The Bulldog Business Club gave a presentation on their activities to the board of education at their last board meeting. Pictured are sponsor Steve Moore, Andrew Dustman, Kate Wineburner, Blake Moore, and sponsor John Masinelli.
The Staunton Board of Education spotlighted the Staunton Junior High girls' volleyball teams. Both the 7th grade and 8th grade teams had outstanding seasons and advanced to the IESA State Tournament.
The board congratulated the Staunton High School band members who participated in the 2022 IHSA Solo/Ensemble Contest held on Saturday, March 5. Nicholas Monahan, Joseph Cisler, Jonathan Daugherty, Brady Seelbach and Joseph Siegfried received Division 1 ratings, the highest category, while performing at the contest.
