Alton Physical Therapy of Community Hospital of Staunton will be offering a Wellness Check-Up at the hospital on Saturday, March 26, from 8 a.m. to noon. This check-up is totally free of charge for anyone 18 and older and no appointment is required.

This free check-up will include evaluations on everyday activities such as: Balance and fall prevention, general strength assessment, posture assessment and education, cognitive and memory assessment as needed, vital signs, and a home exercise program.

Referrals to other health care professionals will be offered if needed.
