The Staunton 7th grade girls volleyball team completed their season with an impressive 16-5-0 record.

On March 7, the Staunton girls defeated Hillsboro 25-15, 25-15 to win Regional #15. On that same day, Kankakee-Bishop-McNamara defeated Herscher Limestone 25-14, 25-21 to win Regional #2.

On Friday, March 11, the two would meet in their first round of State Competition at Riverton High School. The Kankakee-Bishop-McNamara girls won this match, 25-15 and 25-18.

Although their season may have ended a couple matches earlier than hoped, Staunton's 7th grade girls can be very proud of their accomplishments on the volleyball court this season.
