• Amy L. Snow, 46, of Virden, was cited for driving under the influence and minimum speed regulation after allegedly briefly stopping, driving off, swerving and slowing down to 10 mph at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, on South Springfield Street in Virden.

• Charles D. Ridgeway, 39, of Virden, was cited for driving under the influence at 2:23 a.m. Thursday, March 3, on Finis Road in Virden.
