Bill Dittmar, 66, of Worden, Ill., died Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Christian Northeast Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Born Sept. 6, 1955, in St. Louis, Mo., he was a son of the late William and Yvonne (Farran) Dittmar. He married Marci Stoll on June 6, 1981, and she survives.

He was the owner of Performance Pipe in Worden. Bill was a member of the Edwardsville Moose Lodge # 1561 in Edwardsville and a retired member of the Worden Volunteer Fire Department. Bill enjoyed watching NASCAR on Sundays with friends.

He is survived his wife, Marci Dittmar of Worden; a daughter, Shelby Dittmar (Lori Rebholz) of San Diego, Calif .; five siblings, Michelle, Leslie, Mike, Terry, and Grant; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Billy Dittmar; and a brother, Glenn Dittmar.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, March 8, at Worden City Cemetery.
