Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. on the day prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center. To register for or cancel meals, call (217) 835-3174. Whole Wheat Bread served daily unless noted (*) and 2% milk served daily. Menu subject to change based on product availability.

Wednesday, Feb. 23 - Chicken Alfredo w/Broccoli, Garlic Bread*, Side Salad w/Dressing, Apricots, Cookies

Thursday, Feb. 24 - Ham and Beans, Cornbread*, Pickled Beets, Pears, Muffin

Friday, Feb. 25 - Beef Stroganoff, Green Beans, Plums, Fruit and Dessert Bar

Monday, Feb. 28 - Sausage Patties, Biscuit* and Gravy, Brussels Sprouts, Apples and Oranges, Pudding.
