The Staunton 7th Grade Terriers wrapped up their season last week at the Staunton Class 3A Regional. The Terriers came into postseason play with a 21-0 record and the #1 seed in the Regional. Unfortunately, SJHS ran into a tough East St. Louis Lincoln team and lost by a score of 41-35. Lincoln went on to defeat Greenville 40-19 and will play North Mac on Wednesday for a trip to the state tournament. Staunton defeated North Mac earlier this season by a score of 40-17.
