Sophomore #30 Cole Sternickle jumps for the pass vs. Bunker Hill on Friday night. The Bulldogs got the win, 44-31.
The Staunton High School boys basketball team lost to North Mac on Jan. 4.

Staunton 8 - 7 - 8- 14 = 37
On Jan. 7, the Bulldogs hosted Bunker Hill and defeated the Minutemen 44 - 31.
Staunton 12-10-10- 12= 44
Bunker Hill 6 - 8 - 5- 12= 31
They were scheduled to play at Civic Memorial in Bethalto on Tuesday, Jan. 11, and will play at home vs. Litchfield Wednesday, Jan. 12.
Next week, they will be competing in the Macoupin County Tournament at Gillespie. The tournament schedule is included in this edition of your Star-Times.
