The Staunton Terriers had two road games last week, as the team traveled to Carlinville on Dec. 7 and to Bunker Hill on Dec. 9.

The 8th grade team played one of its best games of the year at Carlinville, holding CMS to just one field goal in a 34-6 victory. Carter Legendre dominated inside and led the way with 11 points. He was joined in the scoring column by Aaron Bodner (9 pts.), Cole Rather (4 pts.), Ashton Rizzi (2 pts.), Nathan Oller (2 pts.), Bryce Coalson (2 pts.), Matthew Overby (2 pts.), Carson Dugger (1 pt.), and Elliot Frank (1 pt.).
