The deadline for entering your home in the Staunton Chamber of Commerce “Home for the Holidays” Christmas decorations contest is Sunday, Dec. 12.

To prove you are the “brightest house on the block” you must submit a JPEG photo of your home showing decorations lit with your registration. The photo will be used for voting.

Voting will begin Monday, Dec. 13, and continue until Sunday, Dec. 26, when the winner will be announced.

There will be prizes for the top two homes. First place gets a $100 Chamber Dollars prize and a First Place sign to put in their yard. The second place home gets $50 Chamber Dollars and a 2nd place sign for their yard.
