On Friday the Illinois Department of Public Health reported 22,600 new confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 129 additional deaths since reporting on Nov. 5. New cases of COVID-19 increased 29 percent from last week.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 1,735,586 cases, including 26,077 deaths, in 102 counties in Illinois. The age of cases ranges from younger than one to older than 100 years.
